Booking Cancellations:
$25 late cancellation/no-show fee: 24 hour advanced notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of appointments/booking.  Cancellations can be made by calling or texting our office at (813) 666-4415, or by emailing us at info@cardetailtampa.com

Booking Cancellation Refunds:
If booking is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to booking time, the full amount paid will be refunded within 48 business hours to the customer. If booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to booking time, the full amount paid minus the $25 late cancellation fee will be refunded within 48 business hours.

 

All Other Refund Requests:
Payments are non-refundable after the start of the booking time.
